"Quick help from customer service"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. The reply was easy to understand and helped me figure things out. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall the support was good and they were friendly enough

I tried to do an exchange, but the whole process dragged on way longer than it should have. It felt like no one was taking ownership or keeping me updated, which made it really frustrating. Returns and exchanges happen, but the company should be more accountable and make the process smoother for customers.

"Pretty comfy, but also kinda meh"
I wore it for a bit it’s comfortable enough. The material feels decent at first, which I liked, but after a while it starts feeling a little stiff. Not bad at all, just not something I’d call amazing either.

"Sizing feels way off"
I ordered my usual size and it didn’t fit anything like the chart said it would. It was way too tight in some areas and loose around others. I’m annoyed about it because I actually checked the measurements before buying.

I’ve been waiting way too long for this delivery, and there haven’t really been any helpful updates. You just end up checking over and over with no idea when it’s actually going to show up.

"Feels overpriced for what it is"
I just don’t think it’s worth the price. For what you actually get, it feels like you’re paying more than you should. I don’t mind spending money on something good, but it has to make sense, and this just didn’t for me

Maybe it’s just me, but the site design feels outdated and messy. I had a hard time getting into it, and overall it just comes across as cheap rather than polished.

"Shipping took forever"
Ordered from permanentvacationshop.com and thought it would show up in a normal amount of time. Nope. Shipping was really slow. Like, way slower than I expected. Tracking barely moved too.
I kept checking it myself. Again and again. Super annoying. If you need your stuff soon, I wouldn’t risk it. Probably won’t order from them again.

I’m still waiting for my refund, and it’s getting really frustrating. They keep pushing it off, and I’m just tired of having to follow up.

"I tried using the site on my phone..."
I tried using the site on my phone, but something feels off with the whole experience. The pages kept jumping around, everything loaded slowly, and it was harder than it should’ve been to find sizes. Checkout felt clunky too, so after a while I just gave up because it was getting annoying.
